I was very happy with our experience at this hotel. The facilities were lovely and the staff was amazing. The staff were very helpful and were always available when we had questions or problems. My only negative comment would be the cleaning of the floors, bathtub, and counters in the rooms were not the best. The cleaning was okay, but it could be improved. I really enjoyed our package that we booked and the prices can't be beat. It was nice to stay in a hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach, but still be close enough to take a free ten minute shuttle every day. Would definitely recommend staying here and I'm looking forward to my next stay with Fusion Suites.

We stayed there one night alone. Staff was super friendly. They arranged cab to Patong beach on an urgent basis. Parong beach is 10 minutes away by drive. Cute pool. It is located at the hillside, may not be ideal to walk back and forth from patong beach. Overall nice place to stay.

We travelled as a group, 3 rooms, big family! We were all welcomed and looked after with such care and kindness. The play area and pool cater well for the kids. Great ambience for families and outdoor dining. Prices are reasonable and the staff and service are supreme. I am an anxious traveller bc I have coeliac disease but the chef and all their wonderful staff were so accommodating. The complimentary bus shuttles you to main town and picks you up. As a separate service, airconditioned mini vans and tours can also organised for you . We will be back for sure. We are grateful for this brilliant experience. This is beautiful and well done resort, high level facilities..the staff was very kind and always smile with you…one lady at front give my wife fever medicine when I got sick…forgot her name…thank you to her… i booked 7 night with my family 4 in family suite…my kids loved every days stayed there…room clean and comfort..they have rooftop bar where you can chill and see beautiful sunset over sea and patong city cos they resort on the top of the hill where greenery surounding…very relax…breakfast delicious…many choice…about the location there is no shops nearby…and is little bit hard to walk from and to…but you can rent motorbike or use bolt…and order food use foodpanda or grab apps…thank you for make our great holiday

Formerly Mai House (you have to tell the taxi that name) is a breezy location on top of the hill heading to Patong Beach. It is a refuge from the chaos however I gave it 3 stars for a few reasons. They do have a shuttle but it is every 2 hours and stops at 8. One more run at 10 would be perfect. The pool area is tiny and there are not enough chairs. There are also a TON of kids when we were there. I don't get that. It's not really the resort for them and with the small pool area they are literally in your face. The upper deck to view the sunset is huge and completely under utilized. It needs a little love to make it more appealing. I found drinks and food on the expensive side which may explain the families packing container full of food at breakfast 😳 Staff is lovely. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you are ok with the accessibility then it's wonderful!
